1st of all the reason is because I want to improve collaboration of all active graphic artists and I want to focus the activity in a certain direction, mainly on tileset-creation.
Therefore I would like to intensify the contact between some graphic artists, by creating a central platform of selected artists. If this solution works I'd like to open it to the whole community.
At present we do have the problem that my spare time is very limited, because auf my real life. But in contrast I face a lot of help-requests of community members to help them to improve their teestyle. Thus in a first step I'd like to teach those selected, talented people how they can improve their skill until they reach a certain level. Then in a second step, they can help others and I can focus on other important tasks e.g. reworking the jungle tileset, updating the winter tileset ... or even better: some might be even able to join the development of creating high quality tilesets or reworks, updates or some easy to learn tutorials for the community.
Why do you want red_com and Maikka? I haven't even heard of them until I searched them. But they have already worked with graphics-team, so why did you put them?
I guess those 3 are his (Landils) favorites? Maybe

Maikka did most of the gfx pre-0.4, like the grass and snow tileset. red_com made the desert tileset and the generic_unhookable.png among other stuff.

2) - The Messenger
3) - ZippaH
4) - alias
5) - Zatline
6) - Landil ( xDD )

I think, not all on your list are very good...
And I think Landil will the 3 best, so edite your list on the three best grapish artists. 
You forgot Bobsmiley, he is a very talented grapish artist, he is better as some member on your list.

Yes, that is right, but in german community was his last post yesterday, and he has post a new gameskin in this week.
Bobsmiley is since last week already back, he play teeworlds and draw new grapish again.
Bobsmiley is back, his name is no longer bobsmiley, his name isTeBob now.

Well if that's so then they have my vote, but I don't see them anymore.
i think this is a pretty good idea and would focus the teeworlds graphics back to the right place, the improoving of skins and tilesets. it has been to long since a tileset has benn released, im actually working on one, the doodads nearly finished but the tileset has things to improve im already working with the messenger on it. things like that could be avoided and made much better with such a community.

I think Snazzy is not the best, he is good but not the best.
I think you don't know what Landil means... I think, Landil need no ranking...
Ida is good, but he made only avatars... he should make one different arts like skins, gameskins or tilesets.
And I think you look only in this forum... I made any more grapish and not only skins! look at my posterous!
ZippaH is an very talended grapish artist, he made very nice skins, gameskins and avatars.
I think your sequence is maybe clutter. ^^

If someone thinks I do a mistake by not inviting him: join #teeworlds-gfx and we'll discuss what you need to do improve your style.

I could not find any tilesets of you except the glass thingy.
I know that this isn't a good tileset and that there is no new stuff from me, but I'm very familiar with Inkscape and I only need ideas for drawing something, which I most of the time don't have. So if there would be any ideas I could surely help But yea...
//edit: And I helped Messy with his moon_main tileset because it was really buggy ingame, so I reworked nearly everything.
