Topic: [HELP] massive server crash

hi everybody,
today very strange thing happend
i can join a server but a few secounds later i have connection problems
it seems like a broken masterserver...
what shall i do? a friend have the same problems
pls help me and do not speak about my english i know, it isn't perfect...

Connection problems are not related to the masterserver in any way. Connections problems may be only cause of yourunstable internet connection.
What servers are you joining?
maybe also this is related to this known bug

Hello!

Welcome to the Teeworlds forums! At the moment it seems to be someone out there who's taking down a lot of servers using a bug. It's not your fault, and unfortunately you can't do anything to prevent it, at least not as a normal player.

i don't think that it was a bug
probably the server was just overloaded

Also my mind Kottizen ...

I think in e_network.c the line "if(size < NET_PACKETHEADERSIZE || size > NET_MAX_PACKETSIZE)" didn't catch because NET_PACKETHEADERSIZE is 3 - but should be 6!

YESS! I was thinking the same thing yikes Could it really be :S:S

My servers crash after 5/6 minutes of being on-line two :@

WTF is happening with teeworlds... the problem CONTINUES and it's not in our clients!

@TW Team... Please fix this if u can :-/ (if i can help in anyway, please let me know)

Yeah, this is great! Now there is a new topic even with instagib but i need it compiled for windows and for BOT mod :-/ (my servers are 4 instagib, 1 instagib - BOT)

I guess some good kid will compile it sooner or lather and i hope this is the END of those crashes!
