I deleted the registry on Windows seven after that i can't download maps it says: ''connecting'' but teewords dont connect to it. Ican only ply on servers where i didnt must downlodap's help pls.

Seems strange... as far as I know, Teeworlds is not using registry keys.
Maybe there's a key that locate the right path where download maps. Try to re-download the game and to explore the folder %APPDATA%\Teeworlds. If it doesn't work, well, there's always the system restore option inside every Microsoft operating system since XP.
i re-downloaded a few. it doesn't work when i click on config_directory.bat only C:YaKaMoZa\Eigene Dokumete shows up but %APPDATA%\Teeworlds exists

That's the problem. Here the code of the bat file:
@start explorer %APPDATA%\Teeworlds
So, your system can't detect what %APPDATA% means. That's weird.
I'm trying to locate the key you need, wait.
In the meanwhile, open a Run box by pressing Win+R, then enter "shell:appdata". This should open an Explorer window in your AppData folder. What happens if you do this?
@start explorer %APPDATA%\Teeworlds is in the bat-file when i open it with editor but it opens C:YaKaMoZa\Eigene Dokumete
You need to edit the value of this key or to add it:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders\AppData
the type is "REG_EXPAND_SZ" and the default value (english os) "%USERPROFILE%\Application Data"

when i do this the right app data shows up but in my app data isn't any file

Oh well... i think you really need to restore your system with the Restore Utility to a previous date or to re-install your operatying system... you've done a big mistake deleting the reg.
Another solution would be to modify the Teeworlds client, editing the maps path, compiling yourself the sources. If you are able to do it, you can follow that way... but you won't solve your PC's problem.

You have more spelling mistakes in the german text than in the english text.
That is a liitle embarrassing.

Stop. I have one possible solution. Go to control panel, choose System and click the fourth link on the left sidebar with shield on side, with text like "Edit system settings" (I have czech language on, dont know how it is on english). Choose the tab next to the hardware and on its bottom, there should be Variables button (name may vary again). Click the New button near the second list. Type in APPDATA for name and this for path: C:\Users\your username\AppData\Roaming. Try to play on non-standart map. Will work only for your current user, if it will
