i am happy to see that this is not paint, even i guess its gimp, and amde with the pencil (i am speaking of the grey bear) excuse my words, but i dont like your arts, they really dont look teeish, even if they are not that bad for your first ones, but maybe you should take a look at a program called Inkscape ;D, youll find lots of tutorials and artworks here, btw if you have the money you could also buy photoshop

Its nice to see that me and Zippah are not the only ones who use photoshop But...

The first skin (the red skin with outer glow) is fine. The second - The hair is kind of pixely... If we look at it just like that - its okie, but If we use it in game - its bad.
The second line of skins - Danko, when you use the pettern overlay, you can choose petterns.. The 1st pettern really dont fit the tee-style
You gave pettern to the shadow.. Why? -.- You wont see it in game Oo
Now about Bevel and Emboss - Okie, you wanted to use it.. But why you didnt changed nothing? O.o you just choosed it, and thats all! You could've made a very pretty effect by changing only 1 thing!
And - stroke. If the tee is black - he dont need stroke! Red stroke is just.. BrRRrRrrAAggghh T.T yucky(
I liked the blue skin with the blue outer glow - Thats pretty ^^ But im afraid outer glow wont look nice in game(

You have alot of things to improve - it seems you just started to use photoshop. You can create amazing arts and skins in photoshop (the prove to this is in ZippaH's blog and topic ) you just need to find the right tools
