I often have connection problem and i was wandering if There was a singleplayer with bot ?

Like the Zombie mod but alone

There is no Singleplayer, and there won't be (an official) one for a very long time, if ever.

As has been said, there is no single player with the official client, and it's not one of the priorities of the developers. One semi-solution is the option for LAN servers. These don't require an internet connection, but use a direct connection between you and other players.
