Well, I dont know what it is really, but i guess its a program ^^'... As I told eldan before - you should use photoshop or inkscape 
i CAN'T use photoshop and i don't KNOW how to use Inkscape .
And my avatar is white ninja
if you dont know ow to use them look at some tutorials (that helped me! ) and we kinda know now eldan that your avatar is a white ninja -.-
Play around with controls, and he can't do tutorials if he doesn't know what to buttons do.

Ovrik... Im sorry, but... Those phrases you and Eldan allways use - "Im sorry, I worked with gimp" "Its my first arts" - We dont need those excuses .. Even in paint you can make it look nice. Im very sorry for what I said, but even if I get 1000 [-], I still think its better that I say it because I really want to help you.. You saw my first art - Its very very simple, but I try and try and get better! One of the reasons is that I allways open topics of great artist and see how they do it, and try to get some experience, and I look for tutorials, and I read what good artists say!

your new skin is not better then your other work. you took the default one, and drawed a cap on it. the cap looks like drawed with paint. and i dont want to talk about the hand *gosh*.

you always say to everything that its very very good and cute. you doesnt really give any constructive critic! do you also test the skins ingame before judging -.-? then youd see what i mean about the hands

Ok, he's improved since the last one. But he's far away from beeing tee-ish and i bet he still used GIMP and not Inkscape. We've already linked him a tutorial and, by the way, he can find them using the search function of the forum.
We don't like it because it's bad-drawn. Like Snazzy said, it's the default one with a cap, some shadows and some horrible hands.

I agree with all. I's only a tip, Ida. Tell them their skins are not good, they will improve. Telling them that they are nice it's a lie and they won't improve.

He can use any program he wants, as long as he would make nice arts. And he improved!! That skin is better, b-e-t-t-e-r then the others.. After my Mommy died I used to be very nice.. I wish to help everyone who will use my help, and I know that if I lie, that wont be help. But again - I dont say its "AAA Yuck yuck!!", I say "You should emprove this, and this and maybe this. Besides it - its good". I dont want to make him feel that he cant do anything good, I want to help him do better.

@Ida: I simply don't downgrade your art posts because, besides they aren't drawn with Inkscape, they are really nice... even more than others. I downgrade, and at the same time try to help with costructive criticism, all newbie artists. I just suggested you to do some criticism too, and not say all the time their arts are good even if they clearly aren't.

If I like the image - I say I like it, and its my opinion. If I dont like it - I allways say what is wrong with it.

to give somebody constructiv critism isnt aggressive, its a kind of ... affection, you show him that you are interested and that you want to see more, and more nice works of him!
to say always "its good ^__________^" seems to be nice, but it doesnt help in any way, and it is in many cases a lie?! this person will think "hey im good, so i dont need to improve", and so you damage him, what is much more worse than aggressive
