It'd take some time to code; even if someone took your request up, it may be months before it actually is released.

I really doubt this will ever be created, because it is such a huge project(and not that usefull for teeworlds in general..). A huge database of words would be neccessary, and also a engine that is capable of gramtics and so on. I am not sure if there are any opensource projects, whichs codes could be used, but even if there are, it is still just too much of work.

If you really need to understand german, learn it. If that is not an option, as you said, you can use tool like google translator, to translate the really important things.

Also, you can ask if they speak english, so they can translate it for you.

Like ye msaid, it is pretty hard (or at least tedious) to make a translator to translate every single word and make it the correct grammer. Also, it would be pretty hard to incorporate it into the game. I do not think it is possible at the moment.

Although this is a nice idea I doubt it would be possible for a game such as Teeworlds, and even if it was, development has many other priorities to focus on. The best solution is to learn the language of course, but you could also use online translators or ask someone else to help you out.
