is that ideas for comminuty or personal use for an example is that for something there going to put in teeworlds or something that ppl create and post for ppl?

If it's something you want to see integrated in the official game then you can go to the suggestion topic, as has been said. If you are looking for mod developers to make it you'll have to explain things a bit before asking for assistance.

So, what mod do you have in mind, and what will make it such a great mod that a mod developer should spend his time on it?
