Topic: [QUESTION] How to program a new mod?

Hi,
I want to make a simple mod, a mod you can use instead of the standers server.exe. With some settings about show text and tuning settings..
I have followed the following tutorial:

But im sorry, i really dont know what to do..

I have downloaded bam, python and microsoft visual but what to do now?

@mod: First read my post before closing it -_-
I said i did read the tutorial but i didnt understand it.
So i want a little explain here so i can start writing scripts...

I just want the start of programming, what to do with what program..

Please read, try to get the same results, and study the code of teeworlds. PS: it isn't a tutorial to learn c++, you'll have to learn it by urself (maybe google can help you)

I dont want to get explained the c++ but where and how to write the c++ code

Ok thanks mod, i just need a little explain, what to do now? Maybe i must do something with the .bam file?
