i heard some stuff about dbg_bots could someone tell me what that it is and where to write it?.

These "bots" are unintelligent sitting ducks that are used for debugging purposes. Using them without the right circumstances can crash your server.  Therefor it's best to not use this or other debug functions unless you know how to use them.
