Topic: Help with hosting on Linux 7.10 Ubuntu

Hello TeeWars Community .

Uhm, well!

- I have followed this guide: http://www.teewars.com/?page=docs&id=168
But, there's a few problems.

My folder looks like this:
http://pvpede.be/imuu/images/794632screenie1.png

My CFG looks like this:
http://pvpede.be/imuu/images/934811screenie2.png

When I run the "teewars_srv -f teewars.cfg" app thing, it starts a server - So it's not the problem - But look :

In the lan it looks like this:
http://pvpede.be/imuu/images/56924screenie3.png

It says "Unnamed Server", and it's not the correct map etc..

What can I do to fix this?
- have I done something wrong?

Re: Help with hosting on Linux 7.10 Ubuntu

rename "teewars_srv -f teewars.cfg" to "teewars_srv"

then open a terminal and enter those 2 lines

cd Desktop/Programs/Teewars
./teewars_srv -f teewars.cfg

Hehe, was going to sugest. tongue Just to let you know you can edit the config of your server in ~/.teewars/default.cfg

Just look around and see what you want to edit, most of the options are self-explanatory. Save the file and re-run teewars_srv.

No, that is not me; it's just a figment of your imagination.
