It is blured i think, hard to say when i dont see good, but what i see is that the eyes are a bit too small, and the feets look strange.
But this is good for your first one and the shadows are good! smile

maybe he did use paint. Paint can actually be good, but not better than inkscape etc. Remember pain - You have to start somewhere.

i did it with inkscape but for the avatar i musted to compress it so the quality is bad sad
and its a katana smile
