Topic: [SOLVED] Teeworlds Demo recorder.

Is it possible too somehow make a demo you recorded too a .avi file? and please don't send like "use Avimovie...something!", i need a link too download needed programs. i have tried too record it with Hypercam  and other cams. but the video file laggs too much.
Please do just answer this, don't complain on something else. smile
i wan't too put in a Recorded demo on youtube, is that possible? than send me needed programs. please smile

there is fraps.

and there is an recorder in teeworlds

Record what you want with the function in Teeworlds itself (Isn't laggy). Then play your demo and record it with fraps afterwards. (You can use TeeComp or Sushi's Client Pack for a better HUD)

Uhmm. i mean:
if i record a video in Teeworlds, it gets too teeworlds/config_directory/demos
if i check there, they are, but i can't open them! any program for that?

Play your demo in Teeworlds, and while you play it, you record it with Fraps!

//edit: No, there are no Programs for opening TW demos.

@ Scream.!*: No, what you are asking for is not possible. Demo files are not files of a video format, they just contain snapshot information. The Teeworlds client then renders the "video" from this data. The only possible solution to "convert" a demo to a video is the above mentioned one: Play the demo in teeworlds and record it with the capturing program of your choice. Usually that would be fraps or something.

As this question has been answered and is also present in the FAQ it seems this can be closed. The lagging of screen capturing software is not something with which this forum can help, as this is caused by the possibilities and restrictions of both your recording software and your computer hardware.
