I would call this project NYAGTF - not yet another German teeworlds forum. There are so many, why do you want to create a new one?
Because the other Forums of Teeworlds are going down or the administration ist so bad, that we want to create our own Forum. 
Isn't it easier to help the other "down-going" sites?

I agree with Landil, you should try helping the forums that are not doing very well.

I guess you aren't that informed about what happened on teeworlds-arena.de.
If you would be, you wouldn't write such a statement...
And I wouldn't say "another". You'd better say: "Teeworlds-arena was shifted to teeworlds-friends"
Why? Cause people left the one forum and joined the other one.
Teeworlds-arena has only 2 active members left, while teeworlds-friends reached nearly 100 active members (in 1 week!!).
Isn't it easier to help the other "down-going" sites?
Fact is: Whole german community tried to do so, for about 2 months, we already created a new design and other tw graphics for the forum. But without an admin u can't implement this. (and 2months without responding is simply too long!!)

History:
TWC comes from TWA because TWA hasnt a Admin and so Nic and Nox make a new Forum but many months later the Forum is unfriendly and bann all (me too) than come TWF from TWA and things they are better but so the rest of users from TWA left to TWF and iam Banned from TWF and so iam alone in TWA and i think what is this? a Community doesnt need a Admin because they have Moderators but the Moderator left TWA and going to TWF and TWA has no áctive users because all left to TWF but iam banned from TWF!

If there's no other choice, creating a new teeworlds community is alright. BUT how many German communities are there at present? That's what I had in my mind when I commented the first post.

Let's try to keep things clean down here. If people want to discuss whether or not there are too much German communities please do so in a different topic. This topic is just an announcement for a new community, which they are free to do so and should get room for on this forum.

Every week there is a new german forum.
In my opinion, only the official forum is good.
