I've noticed that the majority of players who play TeeWorlds play in Western Servers. Any chance we Americans could get some local ones? Some around New York, and New Jersey would be nice.

You do not need money, and you probably won't need time once you set it up. Contact me in IRC, I'll try and help you set a free server up.
I can start up a server, but I cannot because my port is screwd.

try tsc (teeworlds server creator) u can create a server in 5 minutes or less there just search in the forums
