Topic: [QUESTION] Special Inkscape effects..

Hey Artists!

i have several questions about inkscape. I hope you can help me.

#1: I made this picture:http://www2.pic-upload.de/24.10.09/vlm22pl61u13.png

now my question is: how can i make electric effects above the hand and the head, that it looks like he would be under some volts.. maybe in green.. mmh

#2: how can i  make smoke effects?

#3:How do i do something like an "Aura"?

I hope you can explain this points to me , because i really like drawing, i realized that it is really funny smile. And i want to learn more, to give my pictures the perfect style. Thank you

make  some circles, some lightnig-like strokes and blur them.

Hey Acute, i tryed to make a "Electric-effeck" with inkscape.
Sorry, but the effeckts are not in green but you can rework it if you want.

Ask me for the Scaled Vector Graphic - File.

You have to wait 30minutes and i will host it.
