no, i guess it's your screen which has a too long reaction time.

In fact, I sometimes feel a little blur, but I don't know the reason. I have a CRT screen, so I don't know if it is for the screen, because I have 2x AA samples (or 4x), because of my eyes

Mmmm... try changing refresh rate of your screen, but I don't think it will solve the problem.
