Hello I has a question I have come along a new server and with Windows firewall and with mine router port released only nobody can go on my server why?? with answer please icq: 432031844 thank you very much

Make sure that you forwarded/released port 8303 on UDP, not TCP. Then, deactivate all firewalls (like if you have some "f-secure firewall") and try again.
