Topic: [MAP] Fortification

Hi There People!
Here's a new map that I made about a weeks ago! I like it and thought you might too! x) It's called "Fortification". It works for Crazy, iDM, iCTF, iTDM, DM, CTF, TDM, and Zombie. Its really fun! Cuz you can use it for almost anything! (i think) xD

Re: [MAP] Fortification

Well, if you want do some "good" maps, try to have a look at official ones, to get a correct teeworlds style, with smooth movements and exacly enough items in right places.
It is not so hard to do a such map, but it is really easy to do a map like yours where only new players will play.
I guess you have not already enough experience, but if you try what i said it will be certainly better.

Re: [MAP] Fortification

The number of posts you have made says nothing about the quality of the maps you make. It are two totally independent variables. Besides, in an effort to get to these magical  50 posts people would only post more spam.

A forum uses a self-regulating principle: good posts continue to get responses, and stay on top. Other posts will quickly disappear down the list until they eventually end up on the next pages. If you don't like the content of a specific topic the best thing you can do is ignore it and watch it be replaced by other topics that might be more to your liking. You certainly don't want to post to it, as this will only bring it up again, causing it to become active again, etc. etc.

Even better would it be though if you would take the time to explain what you think that is wrong with the map, what tutorials could be useful to improve his skills and what could be done different next time. That way the next map might be already quite a bit better.
