I want to put map votes in my own server but not all votes that i put in the config are there for vote..
whats my problem?
Is there a maximum votes number?

Yes there is a maximal number of vots, to have more Votes you have to mod your client, but then only you can see and use the votes.
This would be an good improvment in Version 0.6.0
