Well, my server was working up until today, I double clicked on it, and it appeared for a fraction of a second, then disappeared. Help?

It's fine to use the same port, the ip changes. Look it is funny how the majority of servers have the 8303 port because
a guy sent his cfg on the forum with that port. Personally I use 9999 or 6666 (^^).
Please can you tell us your cfg and settings (firewall etc..).

What thath "arch is little endian" mean? I have same problem...
Are you running linux ? From what I now it is related to linux , first off little-endian is a format used by processors and arch is a revision control system of linux I could be wrong , so please tell me what are you settings. I'm barely sure it's the downloaded package who's wrong but if it worked before it must be something else or a modification in the cfg.
i had the same problem, check your default's (like the map) if you delete it the serv will shutdown!
