I made most of the affects in my skins purely by luck then trial and error by mixing and swapping many different affects. I make most of my graphics like this. You can take a look at some of the other work i do Here.

As for this skin its self, I'm sure its been edited/created by an amateur. *Cough* CrysisDude... *Cough* Because a talented person such as yourself lappi, would never make feet/eyes like that.
As for why he posted it here, This is the best translation i can give:
"plz upload this one for me^^" ---- "Can you please Put this on your mega thread, because it goes with the halo game"
So i take it, he has seen and liked my halo game skin, and posted it here in hope that i will put it on my own thread.
Hopefully that's put some light on the subject, so we can get back on topic.

So long as you don't edit it and claim it as your work, like so many people have done, then I'm fine with it.
