Teeworlds Forum → Support → Text and graphics error
I can turn on teeworlds, and it loads and all that like it should, but the text is messed up. Instead of showing words, its just a ton of smudged up blocks. I also stumbled upon the page where you choose what your character looks like, but the pictures were just red blocks. I tried doing a ton of different things, and one removed text completely, but nothing fixed it. My os is windows xp. Help?
Make sure the teeworlds.exe application is having accessable the 'data' directory
When I was playing under Ubuntu it helped to start the game out of the teeworlds directory.
Maybe try upgrading your graphics card driver, it may be problem of some missing OpenGL stuff (that happens on school computers with MS drivers)

My bro suggested that too... i guess ill try it. Can anyone give me a link to a fairly new one?
Of course we can, but you must send us details (type and manufactor) about your graphics card
