Your trap idea is interesting, but be more pacific about what you want. (allot more detail please)
Plus there is already a topic for new mod ideas, post in there or else it's just considered spamming.
Plus plus... never use all caps lock in anything... (the topic name for instance) all of your topic names have all caps lock.  
Of coarse I can't ban you, but most people wont be as kind. I suggest all the topics you have for "ideas" save them all, then delete all but one of them, and post them all in one topic and rename it: "Chris787 ideas".

Although this is indeed not the way things work on the forum the thing that makes it even worse is the fact that people keep bumping the posts with pretty much identical messages. Leave these things to the moderators, they have the tools to take action and can actually do something about it. If nobody responds to these topics they'll quickly be replaced and will no longer bother anyone.
