Ok i know how to make animations and so on but how can i make that something go with u like in some maps.

Set parax and paray from a quad layer to "0" and place at the right place

The right place: When you Press 'PROOF' you can see a square, the quad should be bigger than that sqare and should stay there at the square sry for the bad english or:

look in the tuto from baground there you can see it

ok but how can i change the range and the size of the proof and the quad

Change the quad by dragging the green squares. The proof cannot be changed; it simulates a player's field of view.

I need to figure out something to put here.

but when i made one the thing in the proff is behind me everywhere

For this, there's something called clipping.
When you open the properties of the layer group with the quad,
first change "Use clipping" to yes
and then set "clip X","clip Y","clip H[eight]" and "clip W[idth]" to the values you want.
And maybe have a look at the map editor tutorials here or here (if you're german).
