Topic: [SUGGESTION] Power Moments !

Hey i got a idea for a Deathmatch Mod

so someone know Team Fortress 2 ? i guess you do ! and you know the Critical Hit System

that would be funny if you can get this in Teewars

youre just in the game flyng around looking for enemys and there you see one yikes!

so you take youre grenade launcher and shoot

pow dead .... but ? that wasnt special :S and that could be just a normal hit !

so that everybody sees that is a Critical hit we also Add some Bullet Time yikes

and some special Effects like the Some Earth Quake Window Shaking and for the Weapons



Grenade Launcher:

a big ass Grenade big like 4 Tees and a giant explosion

Laser:

big as Laser yikes

Shotgun:

no idea :S

Pistol :

Fires like a Machinegun with a endless ammount of Ammunition



that would give the game some "holy shit" or "WTF!!!" or even when you see youre enemy with the Laser pointing at you and the Bullet Time starts and youre thinking "ahhh f*** im gonna die" and then POW a big ass laser is pawning you out of the game !


so thats just a Idea dont take it to serious and im sorry for my bad english

dont like this idea because: would be to complicated. teeworlds is and should be ever a game that is easy to play.

To change the firerate or the ammount of Ammuniton of a weapon is no problem
if you're familiar with C++ and know how to change the sourcecode of the server.
Even an earthquake should be practicable.
But instead the Bullet Time could be more difficult without a modded client.
Slowing down the game for some seconds could be done by the server,
but the camera won't move around and only players near it can see it.
But for that the game would have to predict if a shoot
1. hits another player and
2. is critical.
Becaus teeworlds is a really fast game,
a bullet time would happen all 3 seconds, which would be annoying after some time.
