Teeworlds is lagging at every server

Since a few days, my teeworlds don't works anymore. I have a normal Ping of about 30 to 50, but nevertheless teeworlds is lagging. At my own servers, I can play, but nobody else... I already had that problem, but just after some hours and when i shut teeworlds down and started it after some time again, it works again. But since a few days now, it doesn't work. I know, that the problem is not at my computer because I can play every other game without any problems. I made a screen, perhaps it can help you to help me.

Edit/ Now is also my Ping from 300 up to 900...
