Billions and billions of zombies are comin'...

You told us you felt lonely. You told us you were bored. But now you will experience the return of the living undead. Grab up to three friends and try to slaughter dozens of zombies in teeworlds' first cooperative game mode. Fight against zombies which are under the control of the ominous "server".

To join the battle download Landil's zombie skins (optional) and join a ZOMB server. (Type ZOMB in the gametype box)

If you want to rise the undeads yourself, download the server executable. Linux32|Linux64|Win32|Mac
Furthermore you will need the official zombiemap made by Chi11y:

There are 4 different kinds of zombies:
  Young zombies: They can only fight with the hammer and don't know how to hook.
  Zombies: They have a gun and can use it.
  Elder Zombies: These old ladies are hookers and will test your skills with their gun.
  Mega Zombies: They look like a big fat pancake, but they are quite tough. Can you beat them?

Special commands:
  sv_max_clients is forced to 16 | cannot be changed
  sv_human_lives sets the amount of lives the player have
  addvote zombie_start to make it possible to vote for a new round

  /start say /start in the standard chat to start voting for a new round

Changelog v1.1

    * LordSkelethom joined the team
    * commands to customise the zombie-waves deleted
    * command "/lives"
    * scoresystem fixed
    * new Servermsgs
    * security updates
    * "/cmd" command added
    * "/top5" changed to  "/top#" whereas # is the amount of ranks to be shown
    * show zombienames instead of the level in the broadcast

OMG I have checked the forum every day for almost 2 weeks for this mod! And now it is out. I will run an american/canadian server for the few western players.

but some of the maps are bad. the maps should be dark. not light

Landil you are really the best for teeworlds graphics smile.
Sn00ze you are right, i think it is totally inspired of Left 4 Dead, and it is not a bad thing.
The maps are unfortunatly very restricted because of the low intelligence of bots (zombies).
But well, zombies are stupid isnt it ? smile.
Thus great work Rajh, Chilly and Landil.

its true.
btw i am happy about the mod, its really nice, but there is one thing i am unhappy about...
if somebodys planning anything big, and he needs some gfx, he/she/it always askes landil about this...
its true that hes the best, but, for example, i would also be happy to (at least) help him...

Great mod! I like it very much!

@Jay and Fisico: There is no special entitie for the zombie mod, the zombies will respawn on the blue spawnpoints and you on the red one.

@The Messenger: Do worry I made a server with the mod. wink

I cannot run the linux executable, there is something messed up. I dont think the error is at my side, so plz recheck your binary.

@the rest: just create a normal map for zombies... blue spawnpoints are zombie spawnpoints and red spawnpoints are for humans ^^

Thanks a lot for your great feedback!

The reason why I make most of the gfx on my own is, that there are a lot of supporters who help me: There's Lappi who always sees the skins first, gives great constructive critique and draws several parts for the skins! And there's Golvmopp who gives honest and constructive critique, which pleases me a lot! Thx u very much!
