Topic: Opponents always look the same

Hello,
My opponents always look the same!
Always like a tree, because it's the first I Skin is in the skin folder. I also have ever been the Skin "tree" rausgenommen, then saw them all as "Kitty Blue."

How can I change?

PS: I have diesn text written in German and then translated into English Google ^^

meine Gegner sehen immer gleich aus!
Immer wie ein Baum, weil es der erste Skin ist den ich in dem Skin Ordner habe. Ich habe auch schon einmal den Skin "Baum" rausgenommen, dann sahen sie alle wie "Bluekitty" aus.

Wie kann ich das wieder ändern?

wieviele skins hast du denn in dem ordner? es gibt ein limit von ich glaube 128 oder 256 grafiken... für die skins und auch für die map sachen etc!
ansonsten einfach mal das spiel neu runterladen und halt den skins ordner rüberkopieren...

JanPanse: how many skins are in your skin directory? There is a maximum of 128 or 256 graphics... for the skins and the map sceneries. Try redownloading the game and back up the skins folder

There you go, FireArrow. It's always hella fun to see how bad we germans are in english.

reinstall all skins, this would fix it.... maybe.

@flippeh acctually SFD and me were german too tongue

and my english isnt SO bad isnt it?

Now I speak English ... with help from firefox dictionary^^
I downloaded me Teewars new and everything was right but after I put all my maps and skins in the right directory, my Opponents always look the same again ...

In my map directory are 78 maps and in my skin directory are 34 skins ...
What is the maximum of graphics?

And when I put all my skins out, only 4 not, I saw THIS.
I think that not every player in this game had this bear ...

Looks like you have a modified teewars version smile
Try to run with a official one just to test.

Languages shapes the way we think, or don't.

I'm using the official teewars version, sometimes I only used this mod but I think I made everything right so I thing this can't be the problem ...

dann installier es einfach nochmal neu und kopier nicht alles rein... dann liegt das limit doch bei 128... 78+34=112 + die andern sachen sprich maptexturen etc kommst du auf die 128... guck mal, dass du es neu installierst, aber dann nicht unbedingt alle maps reinnimmst, die brauchst du ja eh nicht alle...

install it a third time and put only a few skins in that folder... ^^

I don't know why so many germans have problems with this damn easy language..
German portal? Hell no. Lets keep it one big forum, and not thousands of small forums.

I renamed the "Default" skin in "aDefault"
and now all my opponents look like Default.
That's okay ...
...so I can have all my maps and skins^^
