Love the skin <3 But the flags aren't that good. The sqaure on the top left is kind of boring :L

Its "OK" for your First skin.
Try Reducing the Colors, for at the moment it looks like Toys.
Have a look at some of the Tutorials around.

yep, there you are right. but this is, what i wanted. Not so one-coloured like other gameskins, this should be... a bit glaring^^
i think i dont go through an tut. I will use my own style big_smile (but the opinion of the community is important for me, so thx anyways)
and...
teeworlds-style == toys, or?

Add the shadow for the hat and cloak to the skin.
The game.pmg is very good for a first try.

For your first try its very good.
Try to make a outline by the weapons and the flags should be improved.

It's very nice for a first game skin. ^^

But it looks like you use gimp considering the pixelation on some of it.
If you really want to get good at making skins, use inkskape because whenever you save anything on gimp and there's some transparent parts to it, it'll get... all ****ed up and pixely. >_< Dunno why.

@bee: yes, i know that problem with gimp, so lately i really use inkscape. But in gimp you can really edit the paths better then in inkscape...
