Is it possible to change players names with rcon on my server, or must I download a mod/make a own mod?

No, it is not possible. You must say it to them, if them do not change theyre names then just kick him.
Or make a mod.. But I think it is not possible anyway

Ok. I think it is possible, because som other mod (freeze) are changing the names. But thanks!

You have to code your own mod for it. However it wont say something like: lolkid changed name to lolkid2 .
by deafault but you can change that quite easily.
