Topic: Bug with russian keyboard layout

This problem was only spotted at Windows XP.
If the default codepage in system is set to russian, user can't write his nickname in-game. Even if he set it to english then starts the game. He can write only numbers in it.
The way of fixing it - is making layout indicator ingame, and make avaliable option to change layout.

it has been discused and will come some day. Doesnt know the Milestone in the trac .....
