Ok, i have thought of some things ( not exactly nessacery ) to add to teeworlds
1. A buddy list, so you can add buddys, see when they are online and an option to join the server they are in maybe
2. A whisper function, so you can whisper to certain players (by writing "/w "playername"" or summin' like that
yea... i had some more ideas, but i can't remember them , i will post them when i think of them again xD
The whisper thing i think could be added into a mod on this version...hmm
oh and when you have a friend log in, you should have a notice which is like a ps3
[a box with picture of persons tee appears on top right corner and says "This Guy is offline" or "This Guy is online"
and when you go to buddy list you can have "join friend in "this server""

The Buddy List Would be fantastic!
Both are very nice. 
But I really think that whisper should be one, since some times we only want to talk to one person.
I have 2 nice ideas too:
sth like a lil list on the left
where u see how much muni u have on the other weapons
just like Rocket: ll _ _ so u have ~ 1/3 of the muni
or Shotgun: ll ll _ so u have ~ 2/3 ..
could be with colors or sth
and:
a running out of munni sound / eye
so u get a notice when munni is running out.
could be like a X eye
or do u know the sound in Half life when the bunker is activated 
xD
They are like modded features, well they'd be good for a mod like war3. But we'll see what ideas the devs listen too.
You should to make key binding for server commands in next versions.

You asked for key bindings for server commands, key bindings are done in F1 Console, not in F2 Rcon. You can bind rcon commands to keys in the console. Just use the bind command and you're done. RTFM.
ANYWAY back to topic
Those ideas are nice maybe the devs will listen to them and if not well we cant do anything against
I think SOMEDAY they have to add the buddylist-thing 'cause many people already said it would be nice in many topics bzw. posts

hm.i have an idea. why doesnt people who can mod things make the client of the origional teeworlds application into the modded version and send a patch to the devepolpers. i remember hearing it can be done...
well i think that sending thing would be actually problematic 'cause i dont think the teeworlds programmer would accept a patch from a "normal" person and don't write it themselves u know. either they have to go through it step by step or they prove the "bugfreedom" somehow else... i mean they have to be sure if there aren't any bugs. that would be an epic fail...
anyway: time-consuming work
