Topic: Sugesstion

I had quite a big argument in my clan this afternoon, because someone had voted to kick the leader out of the server and 3 of our clan votet for "yes" ( we know this because there were only ppl from our clan in the server ;D ) and because the game doesn't show who started the vote and who voted for "yes" or "no" we had to have a clan meeting and everything just went downhill from there, some ppl even left the clan because they didn't feel like arguing for hours on end. What i am trying to say is that if there was something that said who started votes and who voted for what, this could be avoided in the future in other clans.

I think its nice idea.
Whats up here?
- We want to vote caller see who voted yes or no
- We want to print who voted yes or no for the player which is logged in the remote console

Yea thats an issue. The game can say who started the vote, but not who votes yes and no.

but thats one of the promblems, we could't find out the three people of our clan, who actually voted for the leader to be kicked

I don't find this necessary at all. It doesn't matter who votes what, just that x number of people vote on a specific option. Sad for you that people left the clan, but seriously, disable vote kicking if you find it annoying.

Oh, common Somerunce. There are lots of server which need the kick-feature. If there's a little "Davbus" on a server who's voting every minute for kicking you and you don't know who votes for kicking you...? You can't kick 'em all.

SUGGESTIONS FOR FURTHER VERSIONS OF TEEWORLDS:

- Add a feature to see who votes for what.
- Add a feature (in the scoreboard maybe) to see who votes "YES" and who votes "NO".

abuot the the feature to see who votes... it released in trunk one day after the 0.5.1 release. I asked matricks and he allowed to update the server to that version without getting banned from the master server... so that not the problem wink
And about the other thing that u want to see who votes for what... It slike u want to see who voted for Obama and who voted for McCain oO So its crap wink

And yes... you are right about davbus xD Just block his ip via firewall... he wont see your server in serverlist and cant connect wink
