Topic: [COMPILE] Post srcs for compiling here!

Hey guys... if you're having trouble with compiling SERVERS  for windows or dont wanna get all the programs i would be happy to compile them for you. If theres some errors then i might fix them (if i can) if not im sry. Hopefully some other people can, and i hope some people will compile srcs for Linux and Mac. Well i can get them compiled for mac but not linux.

If this is a  stupid idea then please close this thread

its a good idea but i guess it would be better just to post the compiled servers into the thread from its mod ^^

uptee - a simple web interface for hosting and maintaining teeworlds servers
teerace - a website gathering results of trusted Race-mod servers providing global ranking and statistics

aww i got a geart idea big_smile.. it should be possible to compile the src on an web based php script smile ..
just upload.. wait.. download  or  upload... wait... have a look in the error log.. fix the bug...  reupload *gg*
this would be nice.. so its possible to compile nearly everywhere

Yea i guess, but if people are perhaps testing out mods but they cant compile?

I mean if someone whose not a very good coder or something has edited the src and wants to see what his new mod is like, but wait he can't compile it... he tried to follow the compiling documents but he just got too confused. Suddenly he sees this topic and he can try out his new mod.

After typing all that i realised that everytime he/she wanted to test this they'd have to post their src here and the compilers would get fed up... good idea with the php thing, maybe its better if its done by email or HOPEFULLY PHP.

ahh ok dino.. yeah maybe its  better with mail .. but remember ... php also can send mails big_smile:D:D ^^
the only thing i have to do: install all needed libs and progs on my ubuntu root server.. and kai can code a very simple php page..

EDIT: Is anytone gonna post a src or patch or wat? thats why i opened this thread.
