Topic: [Map] DM - Another Mario Map (My VERY first map)
Hello,
My name is Karl and I am new on this forum. Today with friends I replayed Teeworlds, a game that I didn't play since month and we decided to open our own server to test the tuning and have fun at all. While seaching how to modify thing, I started looking tutorial and wiki about server then I decided to learn how to make map. So, here is my VERY FIRST map that I made today and I thought that it would be good to share it with you since I like to gain feedback of what I'm doing.
So, as I said, since I made it today, this map will be working with the version 0.5.1 and will be working for DeathMatch ONLY. I didn't put TDM Flag/Starting area since I just never play TDM.
It is also important, if you are working for Nintendo, please, pay attention to the following line :
1. I don't believe you are working for Nintendo.
2. My goal is obviously not to abuse of copyright or something, what I did here is pure fanart. If you're going to complain about it... WHY DON'T YOU GO ERASE EVERY SINGLE FANART IN THE WORLD, EEEEH?
Also, I didn't made the tileset (lol, the hardest part). The credit for the tileset belong to Gwaihir on the thread http://www.teeworlds.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=1289

In the rar file, I also included my first try (the one I did when I was reading tutorial). I included it since it was designed for TDM but the final version of my map cannot be played as TDM anymore.

Well, since my first map weren't using own-made tileset (I took it off someone else), I decided to make another Mario Map with tileset that I made by myself. I remade the bowser castle. To be honest, I am not really proud of it, however, this experience increase my skill, since I am still new at map making.
Now is there a point of posting it here? The amount of matters is equal to the randomness that made you read my topic.
This map is mostly for Capture The Flag mode.
