Hi guys,

some of you may already have played on my mario server when it was online...
Anyways, i decided to release the mod. smile
It ain't anything big, but its fun for some time.

You don't have any weapon (not the hammer aswell) and you have to jump on your enemies to kill them like in good old super mario times.
Having a kill streak of 3, will make you get the fire flower.
It's the grenade launcher with 2 ammo which shoots a bouncing grenade (like in ball mod) @ which always are explosions. If a player is touched by an explosion, he gets damage. If he is touched by the grenade directly, he dies.
If you reach a kill streak of 6, you will get the star which allows you to kill people by simply touching them, but be aware, with well placed jumps other players still can kill you. smile

As i said, it's not a big mod and there aren't any cfg vars etc, but its fun still. smile

PS:
For those who wonder what i'm currently working on, it's NOT the ssb mod. I might continue it later on.
Im creating a "comfortable" mod which allows more server control by admins, some features against abusers and some things to make clan wars easier to be set up.
Ill implent instagib aswell of course smile

ive seen this before but it shouldnt be called "mario".

maybe "jump"

and you should make a stage with unhookable ceiling and walls and just hookable floor to make it harder and more "advanced" to play.

anyways. please make a very simple stage for it mentioned above. its an okay mod but the stage should be teestyle and easy to play [not haveing cheaters hanging on to ceiling which makes it harder to kill them]

Also i suck in map creating... best is someone does a map (+ im damn lazy in terms like that xD)

Mario seems fine to me, that's the core principle behind the game after all. Things like fire flower and stars are very strongly connected to the Mario games.

I didnt play mario MOD so i got a question... when u said Players dont have any weapons, Tees just run around with a hammer that cant strike or WITHOUT a weapon?

Well im sad to tell you, but then it seems like the mod is lost...
As i lost all my data and didnt redownload this mod, i dont got the src and binaries anymore either...

Though i might re-code it wink

Well i actually still should have the win32 binary, as it was on the old energy-soft root server and i backed up everything after my hard drive crash...
I am sorry but i can't serve with anything else than the win32 binary. wink

I actually didn't plan to make this a big mod and I don't know which settings i actually should make configureable.
This is just a small for-fun mod which isn't supposed to have many tweaks. :)
