download the orginal src from 0.5.1 .. and override all files from the orginal src with the files in the rpg src
and now compile it with the normal way...
there is no patch file because the patch file is already in the src included!

Btw, i dont wanna explain all the cfg commands, so just look in the src tongue

make a save funktion with /save and when you join the server again aou write /load
than the mod is perfect

I have many reasons which i wont mention now sad

as far as i can see can you use the default-settings. just run your server.
gametypes are "ctf" rpg-ctf, "tdm" rpg-tdm, otherwise the gametype will be "dm" (i guess)

if you want to change something with the gameplay you should take a look into the source (variables).

however what you should set is sv_rcon_password and the name for the server tongue

Kiddies often abuse kickvotes, dont set the bantime that high!
2. Write addvotes in english
3. Its more easy if you rename maps like "lost_ddae2613" to "lost", and change the addvote to "sv_map lost"
4. To use addvotes for changing the gametype seems to be a nice idea, but it needs a map-reload. U should add it
