um next time just ask while your playing. thats how i did it. [for this same question]

ya.

just press escape. click on "call vote" go to the right side and click "kick" which is underneath the "option" button. now delete this topic before a flood of flamers come in saying you have to use the search function

Dubbel: Right now there's no way of adding a reason to the ban/kick message (without source modification).
