Teeworlds players never kindly ask me to spectate when they're playing a private match, like in other games. They just callvote a kick, and I get banned from server for several minutes. ¿Is this a common behaviour among Teeworlds community?

Well you can't call it common without generalizing quite a large group of very friendly and helpful people, but yes there are both bad guys and good guys out there.
Many people don't know or find it hard to create a passworded private server so they use a public server instead. To prevent others from disrupting their action they tend to throw anyone out that doesn't belong to the game. There are some signs which you can use to avoid problems though:
- Usually when people play 1v1 they do this on purpose, try to join at least 2v2 (or more player) games.
- When two clans play against each other they usually don't like interruption from non-members. Try to join games with random people instead.
- Try to find some good servers and save those as favorites. Then you can use these as regular servers where you can always come and play.

Well I see this on a daily basis. When the voting got introduced people immediately began to 'abuse' it by voting to kick less skilled players when they couldnt join. I've seen many good players do this, and sometimes I did it too. It has happened to me that I have been votekicked out of a server because when I joined I was automatically put in a team, and disrupted some peoples training. If i was to be put in spectators first I would even try to join seeing they have some training going on. Plus some of the better players think something along the lines they have more right to play the game since they play longer and better than new players. This is very flawed but what can you do after all. Some possible steps are making sv_tournament_mode default and making/transferring some servers dedicated to beginners.
Well, it's happened again just a few minutes ago.
I've played QuakeWorld, Quake III, Unreal Tournament and OpenArena for ages, and I've never found such a bad-mannered community, not even when I was a total noob.

the problem is that most ppl in this game are german 12-15 year old childs who think they are the most pwnz0rs in the world. Just ignore them and you will find better behaving ppl out there

Yeah, for example the anti-clan, the police guys or the ckz guys. They're all very kind

not on topic but are any one the police or ckz from canada or us? b/c ive been searching for a clan but all of em are german.

some ppl are just kick voting for fun. Mostly it is in races cuz they are just too stupid to read. Its frustrating to get banned from their own servers. Im allways thinking if i just change my ip or if i restart the server to "punish" all ppl who voted "yes". Mostly i diceide for restarting the server. xD
When ever i see some of this little kiddies i ban them and not only for 10mim.
Well the easiest thing would be to go on servers without kickvotes. I turned it off... at least for my race servers ^^
