how to you create an internet server, cos i've tried 10 times and each time it works only through lan

i've got my server detup and i've configed the firewall and router and all the server sez is that i need to config the firewall to allow port 8303 (which i've already done) sad

first it is on master1.teeworld.com
then it goes on master4.teeworld.com
both down't work mad
