1.I think it would be better if devels will allow binds for remote console. As Example:
bind F4 "sv_teleport 0"
2.It will be good to make something like HLTV in HL.

bind key rcon sv_map dm1

runs sv_map dm1 in rcon when pressing the key.

The 2. Idea: What do you mean? Replays? Streaming?

Replay function is already avaible and there's also a stream: teetv.info
