Topic: more than 1 tw-server

dear teeworldsplayer,
i search a way to open more than 1 server in the internet.  i've searched very long but i didn't found anything, maybe you can help

Theorycally, you just need to set the server to go on a different por.

sv_port

And then configure your router/whatever as if it's a new server.

But fear, i've readed around about only 1 server being recognised from your computer.

Example:
If your configuration is

sv_name   My Server #1(On 10000)
sv_map dm1
sv_port 10000
sv_scorelimit 50
sv_gametype dm
sv_max_clients 12
sv_spectator_slots 10

Your second server on the same machine should be:

sv_name   My Server #2(On Port 10001)
sv_map dm1
sv_port 10001
sv_scorelimit 50
sv_gametype dm
sv_max_clients 12
sv_spectator_slots 10

And apply all extra configuration you need to apply to first, independtly to the second server.

All you need to do is have different ports on the servers, as said above. I don't know what TeeKnight fear. It's no problems at all.

Used to be very active waay back
