new mods "gDM", ...

Hello !

I made some new mods and I am running servers to try them. These mods are grouped under the names "gDM", "gTDM" and "gCTF". A short description :
- 100 % grenade, ninja, ... : training maps, with only one weapon
- hammer instagib : like the one with lasers but for the hammer fans ; perhaps the less interesting ^^
- instagib no camper : a grenade is shooted every shots on the player so he must move all the time !
- shotgun flak : a shotgun with explosive boulets
- fire : try the flamethrower on the cold dm2
- gaga : many strange weapons : for example, with the shotgun, you can heal your team, and poison ennemies
- inistagib for ever : your scores are logged, so kill the most players you can and become the best TeeWorlds player on the earth
- rock-paper-scissors : a adaptation of this so classic game
