How do I make a clan teeworlds

Its a Large Burden to Run a Clan and requires allot of responsibility.
Best Option would to join a already made clan.

I fully agree.
And you also don't have to find members and you don't have to be skilled enough.
If a clanmate is better than you, it's not the world-down, but if the leader is loosing like 0:10 in a 1on1 (just an example of me pwning leaders) it's a bit embarassing. Btw, you need also a server and a homepage would be also nice. Don't forget the graphics for the homepage. The server should be one at a root-system so he runs 24h a day.
What about teamspeak? Got a server? Got a headset?

Believe me, just join a big clan with a alot of nice member and have fun. If you get better, you can switch the clan to a higher one and you can start clanwars.

Btw, 1on1(dm1) and CTF(ctf2) are the most played gamemodes by higher skilled players.
Do ya think that you always have enough members for starting a clanwar (ctf, ctf2)?

If you can beat a QS guy, it doesn't say that you are able to create a clan.

Join an existing clan and get involved, e.g. post regularly in forums, organize some clan-trainings / clan-wars, write some news for the homepage, communicate with other clan-leaders. You will see that it's a challenging task. But doing this is worth every second, since you'll learn a lot about working in a team.
