try to make a gmail account and register with that one .
What I can say: use png not bmp. It's compressed. Don't use paint for making logos but GIMP. It will allow you to use transparency and a lot more things. So 1/10. Really, you still need to work a lot on it.

Clans aren't about it, but it makes them better when they have even a bit good looking logo.

Some minor fixes and additions.
And again: use png format for screenshots and all other things. It's hundred times smaller then and without and loss of image.

Better, but: not jpg but png. No loss of quality while using png. Shields - fix them - lines at them look awful. Also maybe something more in the centre - it's so empty. And last thing - why orange flag, it should red in my opinion.
