Starting a clan

I've been playing Teeworlds a little more lately and I've decided I want to get a little more involved, so I'm going to start a clan.  I haven't decided on a name yet and I don't have any members.  What I'm looking for right now is skilled, mature players who play on a regular basis.  I would like to see some players from the West/U.S. area, as I would like to see this game gain more popularity around here.  I'm on the Central time zone (GMT -6), and it would be nice to have clan mates that are on a similar schedule.

I'm open to any ideas on a name.  I don't really like the idea of a 'leader' of a clan, so I won't really be considering myself that, more so just a group of players getting together to enjoy the game and compete with other clans.  I'll also be putting up a public dedicated server for the clan to use on a regular basis.
