Ive got some questions about Teeworlds(Teewars).
1. When comes the first version of Teewars (year,perhaps the exactly date)
2. Who have got the idea for Teewars and why

I can answer (a part) of 1. and maybe of of 2. too

1. The first version was released on a swedish LAN party, so only those swedish IKEA guys (;)) got the first version.

2. The CREATOR is Matricks. I don't know if it was his idea!

Hooker completely fail !!!! we are still in a beta/alpha or whatever but this game isn´t finished at all.


1. maybe the 1.0.0 will be never released .
2. It is/was a student project if i get it right

1. He meant the totally first version. 0.1.0
2. Yeah it was. But did I say anything wrong? Matricks is the leader of the project.

comes is future tense and first means 1.0.0

Some month ago the game was called Teewars tongue

that was purpose because the first version called teewars

I designed the game along with matricks and red_com a few years ago. The current incantation (Teeworlds) is mainly matricks' brain child in terms of who does the actual coding and tweaking.

Teewars = Teeworlds

Teewars is the old name. Since 0.4.0 it's called Teeworlds!
