Hey everyone 
I have problem with playing tee worlds on my laptop!
I have asus eee pc 1000h !
It`s :
1,6 processor Atom Intel
512mb ram.
But i have big laggs. I dont know why! When i shoot ,my bullet its not starting from the gun but somewhere from the air 
Please help me and i`m sorry for my english
It's because of the server or because of your internet connection.
Your computer has nothing to do with lagg!
All servers are bad ? Even with 80 ping?
And i have fast internet in my work about 15mb and i cannot play
Try to disable high gfx and such. It might be hard to play TW on an Eee if it's not optimized - but that's just my guess. Probably the computer is too weak and then there's nothing to do.
I tested the game on my EeePC 900a (Ubuntu). With disabled high gfx it's quite playable. There might be a problem with your internet connection or the server you were playing on is just laggy.

Hi everybody! I have the same problem what topic starter has. I try to play TeeWorlds on my Asus EEEpc 1005 HA netbook. It has Intel Atom n270 1.6 GHz, 1 Gb Ram, Intel 945 Express Chipset family asa video card. And there is the same problem: there is a little lag (about 0.5-1 seconds ) between pressing mouse key and shot. Interesting thing is level of FPS is good enough, there are no any lags in motion of tee, in jumping, in using rope.
My internet connection is enough too because i also play TeeWorlds on my desktop (AMD Athlon 64 3000+ 1800 MHz, 1 Gb ram , ATI Radeon 4670), internet speed is 2 Mb\s. I have no problems on these computer.
I can't believe that no one except me and topic starter had tried to play TeeWorlds on their netbook. This game is made for it

i played on 1005HA and it had lags too. Even on the loading screen. You should go to te intel download center, and select graphics>laptops>drivers>and find a media accelerator. or you could just visit this link: http://downloadcenter.intel.com/SearchR … amilyId=39 . after you install it, i hope you have it working fine.

Thanks for the link. I didn't understand you completely. Did you install drivers that you recommend? Did it help?
In my case i don't have any lags in game (may be some time mouse cursor doesn't move very smoothly), but this problem with lag of shooting. When i shot in motion the bullet (or rocket) starts to move from the point, where i was some moment ago. It is very annoying and doesn't allow me to play.
But on desktop everything is ok.
So, tomorrow i will try to install drivers from your link and say if it helped.

Your Laptop isnt such good Game Cpmputer. you should try remove files from your computer. that's why, i had same problem, hope this is the answer

What do you mean by "remove files from your computer"? I am sure that there are no any viruses on my netbook. I did defragmantation recently. Also I use special program CCleaner http://www.ccleaner.com/ to keep both my netbook and desktop good functioning.
I realize that my netbook is not good enough for high-demanding game. But I can comfortly play Commandos 2, Commandos 3, Space Rangers 1, Space Rangers 2 on my laptop. Commondos is a 3D game. And there are no any lags in it.

I tried to install drivers from your link. But an error occuried. It says that there are no hardware compatible with this driver. So I use video driver from Asus web-site http://www.asus.com/product.aspx?P_ID=BtksJTDENqfsnuyf
I think that there is a problem in game. Need to contact to developer.

Yes, i do. But the speed is enough. There is Wi-Fi card with maximum 54 Mbit\s. But it is only theoretical value. But my internet connection is only 2 Mbit\s. So i think that the problem is not in WireLess LAN.
I am going to send a message to developer. If it will help, I will leave a message here.
The problem is not the speed, but the latency.
Try it with a cable, it will probably go alot better.

From Read this first. No, really. Read it.
We had a little discussion with one of developers (matricks). And there is no positive result. We didn't solve the problem. Also I noticed, that there is a little lag between clicking mouse button and shoting while I play TeeWorlds on my more powerful desktop. But that lag is imperceptible.

Nope, not the computer. My's Intel Pentium 4 - 2.00Ghz Ram - 512mb Video -64mb and It's working fine... all-do i do have the best internet in my country, mb it's from your connection.
If your game (even outside servers) is slow then this might be from your video drivers. Make sure you support GL graphics mode and try reinstalling the driver.

I tried to play on my old notebook with Pentium 3 M 1133 MHz 512 Ram and S3 built-in video. And even on this slow machine lag between clicking on mouse button and shot was smaller then on netbook.
For the record:
I have found that some netbooks (in my case: Acer) have poorly components, and some of them fails constantly. I have found also that these batchs are the Linux version ones, when you install Win 7. Batches with the Windows logo are unnafected. I have a problem with Wifi, LAN,and USB. I have changed wifi and now I don't have connection issues.
If I plug a LAN cable, it WILL freeze (in an interval of 10 seconds-5minutes).
USB Ethernet will fail too!
