Small suggestions for the server

It would be really nice if there was an ability to use server-messages. Both automated welcome-messages and from the server admin from the console, or at least not from the game itself, like "The server will be rebooted. Will be up in 5 min.".

It would also be nice if there was a feature to directly from the game download unofficial maps. I belive that would make it alot simpler to spread you own homebrews, and therefor the game would gain popularity faster.
